Kashmir is a region administered by India as a union territory. The word Kashmir is thought to have been derived from Sanskrit and was referred to as káśmīra. A popular local etymology of Kashmira is that it is land desiccated from water. The best time to visit Kashmir is during the months of March to August. Day 1
On arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will meet our representative and transfer to the Hotel. Join the hotel for refreshment. Overnight Stay at Srinagar
Day 2
SRINAGAR – SONMARG – SRINAGAR: – (168 Kms)
After breakfast leaves from Srinagar and drive to Sonmarg, a full-day excursion to Sonmarg. Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lake. The everlasting Thajiwas glacier, 3 Km from Sonmarg, provides a chance to enjoy sledding on Snow even in mid–summer, Sonmarg is known as the “Gateway of Ladakh”, in the evening return to Srinagar and join a Hotel for an overnight stay Srinagar.
Day 3
SRINAGAR– PAHALGAM: – (93 Kms)
After breakfast leave from Srinagar and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). On the way visit saffron fields Pahalgam is the most famous place for Film industry. You can have the local sightseeing of Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari (at your own cost), Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4
PAHALGAM
Full Day enjoyment in Pahalgam, you can have the local sightseeing of Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari (on your own cost), overnight rest at Hotel.
Day 5
SRINAGAR- GULMARG
After breakfast leave from Srinagar and drive to Gulmarg, (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts, Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes, you can enjoy a pony ride and also enjoy a Gondola ride (cable car) to Khilanmarg. Evening is free to explore the charm & natural beauty of Gulmarg Valley, overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 6
GULMARG – SRINAGAR
After breakfast leaves Gulmarg and drives to Srinagar. LOCAL SIGHTSEEING AT SRINAGAR: -After fresh up leave for Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jehangir in 1632 A.D. and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jehangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. In the evening Boat ride “Shikara” around Dal Lake. Full-Day enjoyment in Srinagar overnight stays at Houseboat.
Day 7
SRINAGAR – SRINAGAR AIRPORT
After breakfast leaves from the Houseboat and drive to Srinagar Airport to connect to the onward destination.
